Extremely durable step and great customer service

We got rear ended on the highway and the only thing that broke was the T-handle on the twist step. I messaged the company and they were able to send another one out and delivered the next day! Great customer service and their products prove to be very durable. We’ve had the twist step for almost 2 years now and our family and our dog loves it!
