Excellent product!

Just perfect for my aging GSD. He loves the one large step as opposed to two smaller ones on a previous product. Would highly recommend for large breeds.

Twiststep doesn’t disappoint. My pup refused to get in or out of my Tahoe. Tried everything to try to get him out. He was getting too heavy for me to lift. A 6 month old GSD. Twiststep arrived and was installed and voila he’s been using it since and has no further issues with getting in or out of the car. This is my third twiststep and I would recommend it highly to anyone.

Good concept but not great for my car model

I love the concept of this. I appreciate how I can keep it attached and twist it out when I need it. However, I got the step and it didn’t work with my SUV so then had to buy the extension. On the website it says you need the extender for a grand jeep Cherokee, not a Cherokee which is what I have. So the site was misleading that the step would work with my model without needing additional support. Once I got the extender, I got it to work but the step has to be too far from the hitch to put the bolt in. The bolt holes do not line up with the step entirely set in, so it is awkward for my short-legged dogs. It does work, and I believe it would work great for the right type of car. I’m not returning it but I do wish the limitations were more obvious before I decided to buy. Here’s hoping it works better on my next SUV.
